Waited a long time for food, friendly service, nice beer garden. Creamed mushrooms with bread dumplings: the mushrooms were relatively large mushrooms on the whole and the dumpling was so firm that you had to cut it with a knife. The prices are too high for that.

kpche is good, but the whistle is missing, e.g. I am not attracted to red cabbage as a side dish to game in summer ...

Sensational and cozy restaurant in the middle of nature. Service and food were more than excellent. Always worth a visit.

In principle a very nice place that we have been visiting again and again for 20 years. Idyllic location, a nice, antique bowling alley (quite broken, but nice) and a wonderful garden bar under umbrellas. The interior of the restaurant is also very pleasant and tastefully furnished in Bavarian style. The dishes are consistently good and this quality remains constant. There are two negative points for us: 1. often a real myriad of mosquitoes and quite difficult to bear despite the AUTAN bottles that have been set up, 2. the customers are increasingly being provided by blown-up Porsche drivers and Munich residents who often fade the cozy ambience somewhat. But that is unfortunately the case with God in some places around the lake.

A nice relaxing place after a walk on Lake Starnberg here we found a special guest in the middle of the woods and meadows and we ordered two beers (Augustiner) to a delicious roast venison .....
